Paper is the primary site of research. These works move between watercolour, transfer, ink, pencil, and oil stick - not as mixed media but as layered process, each material leaving a different quality of trace. Grids, axes, and coordinates establish the field - what occurs within them is the result of material behaviour as much as decision.
