About the Work
BLUEPRINT is an installation extending between floor and ceiling. Ink and linseed oil are applied directly to the ground, while eleven modular grid units are suspended from an overhead structure and wound with sewing thread. The work establishes a vertical interval held in tension rather than alignment.
The grids retain a cubic logic while remaining materially unresolved through accumulation, saturation, and suspension. Thread reinforces edges and crossings, binding the units without closure. Repetition is fixed; variation occurs through gravity, spacing, and minor deviation.
The installation resists orientation and overview. Floor and ceiling operate as parallel grounds, producing a continuous field structured by constraint, withholding, and duration rather than transformation or resolution.
