CAMILLA HOWALT

After three years of doing my BA (hons) Fine Art, I made the exhibition which I referred to as parting, not only referring to leaving the school but to a welcoming of a new method of work, which I had developed. It took elements from especially constructivism, but also from Dadaism and from the idea that the mind even creates a narration when information and/or images do not add up. This framework, which main component is that of the figure placed in abstract or an abstracted space, has been and is even today a main concern and point of examination of my work.
